Chocolate Caramel Fudge
3 cups semisweet chocolate pieces
1 14 oz can Eagle brand condensed milk
1 dash salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate pieces with sweetened
condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat;stir in walnuts, caramel
topping and vanilla.
Spread evenly into a foil-lined 8 or 9 inch square pan. Chill 2 hours
until firm
Cut into small pieces. Makes 2 lbs of fudge
