Slow Cooker Bean Casserole
3 cans pork and beans, drained (16 ounce each)
1 can pork and beans, undrained (16 ounce)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup chopped onion
4 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
Lightly grease crock pot. Combine beans, cheese, onion, brown sugar, worcestershire, vinegar, chili powder and mustard in slow cooker. Top with bacon.
Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours. Serve.
Serves 8 to 10
