Shortcut Cinnamon Rolls - Made With Truvia Baking Blend

Shortcut Cinnamon Rolls - Made With Truvia Baking Blend 1 - loaf Rhodes frozen bread dough, thawed 1/4 - cup butter or low calorie butter substitute (4 tablespoons) 1/2 - cup Truvia Baking Blend 1 1/2 - teaspoons molasses 2 - teaspoon ground cinnamon Vanilla Icing: 1 - cup powdered sugar 1 - 2 tablespoons low fat or skim milk 1/2 - teaspoon vanilla extract Thaw one loaf of frozen bread dough in the refrigerator or on the counter. Roll out dough into a rectangle (about 9 x 18 in). Spread softened butter on the rolled dough. In a small bowl whisk together 1/2 cup of Truvia Baking Blend with 3 teaspoons of molasses (I found it easier to use my fingers to mix the sugar and molasses together). Combine until the mixture is nice and fluffy and it takes on the consistency of brown sugar. Add the cinnamon to the brown sugar mixture and combine. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over the dough. Roll the dough up into a log. Using a sharp knife slice into 2-inch thick rolls. Place into 9x13 inch pan that has been sprayed with baking spray. Cover with a warm damp towel or plastic wrap that has been sprayed with baking spray. Allow to rise for about 2 hours in a warm area. When the rolls have doubled in size, bake them at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes until they begin to brown. Remove from the oven and drizzle glaze on top. To make the glaze combine powdered sugar with milk and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. If too thin or too thick, add more powdered sugar or milk, until desired consistency is reached. Drizzle over cinnamon rolls and serve. Note: If using regular brown sugar omit the Truvia and Molasses and substitute with 1 cup regular brown sugar.
