Golden Grahams S’mores Bars
1 bag (10 oz.) mini marshmallows, divided
1½ cups milk chocolate chips
5 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
8 cups (13 oz.) Golden Grahams cereal
Grease a 9×13-in. with butter and set aside. Set aside 1 cup of marshmallows.
In a large saucepan, melt the chocolate chips, butter, remaining marshmallows and corn syrup over low heat. Stir until completely melted. Removed from the heat and stir in vanilla.
Stir in cereal until coated with melted chocolate mixture. Stir in reserved marshmallows.
With buttered hands or a buttered spoon, press mixture into pan. Cool for 1 hour or until firm.
Store loosely covered at room temperature.
