Chicken Alfredo Casserole
Chicken Alfredo Casserole
2 cups of dry pasta
1 15-16 oz jar of Alfredo sauce (or your favorite homemade)
1-2 cups of cooked chicken, shredded or chunked
1/2 cup of chicken broth
5 oz of shredded Parmesan cheese
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz bag)
1-1/2 tsp of minced garlic
Add salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350*
Prepare the pasta according to the directions on the package
In a bowl combine the pasta, Alfredo sauce, cooked chicken, chicken broth, garlic, salt and pepper, shredded Parmesan cheese and mix well
Grease 9×13 baking dish
Pour the chicken mixture into baking dish
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top
Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes
