Hot Bacon & Swiss Dip
8 slices of center cut bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 heaping Tablespoons of prepared stone ground mustard
1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
3 green onions, sliced
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a mixing bowl.mix cream cheese until smooth. Add in mayo and stone ground mustard, mix to combine. Stir in cooked bacon and Swiss cheese. Spread into a shallow baking dish.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until bubbly and edges are golden brown.
Serve with breads, crackers or carrots for dipping.
Notes
**Double for a large crowd
