Mama's Sloppy Joes 1 lb ground beef 1/4 of a medium onion chopped fine 1 small green pepper chopped 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tbsp white vinegar 2 tbsp yellow mustard 2 tbsp sugar 1 cup ketchup Cook ground beef with onions and peppers. Drain excess grease. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until heated through. Serve on buns.
