Shepherd’s Pie
Shepherd’s Pie
1 pound of ground beef.
3 cups of veggie of your choice.
1 small onion.
Mashed potatoes.
Cheese of your choice.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions.
In an 8×8 pan, place the uncooked veggies and top with the ground beef then the mashed potatoes.
Sprinkle the cheese over the top and bake in a preheated oven to 350° until the cheese is melted and the veggies are hot throughout!
Easy, and delicious! The good thing about this recipe is that you may choose the veggies you like, I personally use peppers, carrots and beans but feel free to choose what you like!
