Jalapeno Corn Casserole
Jalapeno Corn Casserole
14 ounces cream-style corn
1 jalapeno, chopped
1 egg
1 cup low fat cheddar cheese, grated
garlic powder to taste
salt & pepper to taste
3 tablespoons margarine
1/4 cup cornmeal
Combine all ingredients together and pour into small Pam sprayed casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
