Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole
1/4 cup butter, melted (1/2 stick)
1 can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup sour cream
4 medium yellow squash, sliced (can use part zucchini if desired)
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 sleeve butter crackes (club or ritz) crushed
Stir the soup, sour cream, squash and cheese in a medium bowl. Sprinkle a thin layr of crackers in bottom of a casserole dish. pour in squash mixture, top with remaining crackers.Bake at 350°F. for 40 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
