Avocado Dip
Avocado Dip
6 avocados, chunked small
1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 of a red onion, finely chopped
1 cup green salsa verde
Combine avocados, corn, black beans, and red onion into a mixing bowl. Mix together.
Pour in salsa verde and gently stir together until combined.
Serve right away or leave in fridge until serving.
