MOMMA’S CREAMY POTATO SOUP
MOMMA’S CREAMY POTATO SOUP
4-5 large potatoes
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
1/2 stick butter
Milk
Peel and boil potatoes; add onion and celery while boiling. Cook till potatoes are tender. Add milk (till you get the consistency you want), butter, salt and pepper and let simmer till thick. You be the judge of the seasoning.
*I add shredded sharp cheese at the end, and stir into soup. Makes it that much better!
