Chili Dog Bake
Chili Dog Bake
24 oz can chili with beans, or 3-4 cups total
1 small onion, chopped
6 hotdogs
6 flour tortillas, about 6" in diameter
1 cup mexican blend shredded cheese (or cheddar)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425
Spray a medium casserole dish, about 3 quarts in size, with nonstick spray
Spread 1/2 of the chili evenly over the bottom of the dish
Sprinkle 1/2 of the chopped onion over chili
Roll one hot dog in each tortilla and place them seam side down into the chili and onions
Spread remaining chili over the tortillas
Sprinkle the remaining onion over the chili
Top entire dish with cheese, spreading it out as evenly as possible
Cover dish with foil
Bake for 20 minutes, remove foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes
Serve immediately
