Honey Upside Down Biscuits
Honey Upside Down Biscuits
1 pkg. canned biscuits
30 pecan halves (or use pieces)
1/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Mix honey and cinnamon. Place 3 pecan halves or some pecan pieces in
bottom of 10 muffin pan cups. Divide the mixed honey and cinnamon and
place on top of pecans. Top with biscuit.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Let stand in cups 1/2 minute.
Then invert pan onto waxed paper. Cool 5 minutes and lift off pan.
