Pumpkin Crunch
Mix: 3 slightly beaten eggs
1 large can of pumpkin
1 large can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
Pour into an un-greased 9" X 13" baking dish.
Topping: 1 box yellow cake mix, sprinkled over pumpkin mixture.
Sprinkle 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans on top of cake mix.
Melt 2 cubes of butter and drizzle over top.
Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees in a glass pan (350 degrees for a metal pan)
