Mexican Delights
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 cup water
2 cans refrigerator biscuits
Sour cream
Shredded cheese
Brown ground beef in skillet; drain. Add taco seasoning mix and 1 cup
water. Simmer 15 minutes. Separate each biscuit and flatten.
Layer the following onto the biscuit:
2 Tbs. meat mixture
1 tsp. sour cream
2 Tbs. shredded cheese
Cover with another biscuit; press edges together. Bake stuffed
biscuits on a greased cookie sheet 10-12 minutes until biscuit is
light brown.
