Easy Creamy Mayo Mushrooms

Easy Creamy Mayo Mushrooms 1 lb button mushrooms washed and trimmed 3 tablespoons butter 3 cloves garlic minced 2 ounces cream cheese softened 1/3 cup mayo 1/4 - 1/3 cup chicken broth 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1 tablespoon fresh or dried parsley Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from pan and place on plate. Reduce heat to low. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add cream cheese and mayo, Gently stir until the cheese has melted. Slowly whisk in chicken broth until desired consistency. Whisk in in onion powder. Add cooked mushrooms back to pan and simmer for 5 minutes, Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
