Tex Mex Chicken n Rice Bake
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can of corn (optional)
1 cup salsa
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 1/2 cups water
tablespoon of chili sauce
chili powder ( to taste)
garlic powder (to taste)
black pepper (to taste)
shredded cheddar or tex mex cheese
3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish, top with chicken, and sprinkle with garlic and some more chili powder. cover and bake about 45 mins. Top with shredded cheese at the last 5 min
