Honey Dijon Chicken Salad
Honey Dijon Chicken Salad
2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
1 stalk celery diced fine
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
3/4 cup dried cranberries
hearty rolls or croissants
Combine all ingredients in a plastic container, making sure the ingredients are well incorporated.
Cover and refrigerate at least one hour, overnight if possible.
Serve cold on some crusty rolls or croissants.
