CHOCOLATE FUDGE FROSTING
CHOCOLATE FUDGE FROSTING
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
5 cups Powdered Sugar
2/3 cup milk or heavy cream
Use an electric mixer to whisk together melted butter and cocoa powder.
Once smooth and shiny, mix in vanilla.
Mix frosting while alternating powdered sugar and milk to the chocolate, ending with milk until desired consistency is reached.
NOTES
Makes about 4 cups of frosting - which will frost about 24 cupcakes depending on how much frosting you add to each cupcake. Will also frost a 3 layer cake
