Green Pea Salad

Green Pea Salad 16 oz. frozen green peas, thawed and drained 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped 2 green onions, chopped 5 slices bacon (or turkey bacon) cooked and chopped 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese (or low fat cheese) 3 T. mayo (or low fat mayo) 1/2 tsp. lemon juice salt and pepper to taste Combine all ingredients in a bowl, cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.
