Heaven in a Crockpot 1 box fudge brownie mix 1/2 cup butter, melted. 4 eggs 1 pouch chocolate chip cookie mix Spray 4 1/2-quart slow cooker with baking spray with flour. **We altered the recipe as follows: - Use a good Brownie mix – make Brownies as on box. Add a little over ¼ melted butter and 1 egg. - Choc Chip Cookie bag mix – make with 2 eggs, 2 tbsp of softened butter, ½ C melted butter Mix brownie and cookie mix separately. Butter/ Crisco the crock pot. Put ½ brownie mix on bottom of crock pot. Scoop ¾ Choc Mix onto center of brownie mix. Put ½ of what is left of brownie mix on Choc Chip cookie mix. Scoop remainder of cookie mix on top. Top with remainder of brownie mix. Cook 1 ½ hrs on high. ½ hr on low. Depending on your crock pot and if you want the desert cake like Make sure you use a richer brownie mix and Betty Crocker brand cookie mix as stated , After an hour pull the cake mix from the sides so they don't get too crispy.
