Ice Cream-Stuffed Apples
8 apples
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
5-1/2 ounces ice cream, any kind
Core the apples. Dissolve sugar in water and cook a syrup. Drop apples into
the syrup for a minute, let cool. Mix cinnamon into ice cream and mound into
apples.
