Mexican Munchies
1 stick butter, melted
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1-7 1/2 oz can shoestring potatoes
1 small can onion rings
2 cups (each) Rice Chex and Corn Chex
2 cups small oyster crackers
1 can mixed nuts
Mix all ingredients together well, except butter. Then pour the melted butter on the mixture, coating well. Bake in a cookie sheet for 30 minutes in a 250 oven. Stir twice so all is evenly toasted.
