Oriental Popcorn

2 qt Fresh popped corn (no salt)
1 can Cashews (6 1/4 oz.)
1 can Chow mein noodles (5 oz.)
1/4 c Butter, melted
1 1/2 Tb Soy sauce
3/4 tsp Ground ginger

Combine popcorn, nuts, and noodles. Combine butter, soy sauce, and
ginger, stirring well; pour over popcorn mixture. Toss well. Pour
into 15 x 10 x 1 inch jellyroll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 10
minutes. Store in airtight container.
