Brown Sugar Grilled Peaches
Serves 6.
6 ripe peaches
1/2 stick melted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Peel and pit peaches, and pat dry. Brush with melted butter. In a
small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. Place peaches
flat side down over a low flame. Grill 2-3 minutes, just to warm
peaches and give then a slight grill mark. Flip peaches over and
sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Continue to grill 2-3 minutes until
sugar is melted, but peaches still hold their shape.
Serve with whipped topping or warm over ice cream.
