Asian Chicken Wraps
Asian Chicken Wraps (Makes 4 wraps)
4 thin chicken breast cutlets
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 T. Hoisin sauce
1/2 tsp. my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper, combine and store in an airtight container)
4 8" flour tortillas
shredded lettuce
thinly slice tomato
Take each cutlet and slice into this strips, place in a bowl and add the soy sauce, Hoisin sauce and house seasoning. Toss to coat well and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Heat a skillet over medium high heat and add the chicken to the pan. Cook, stirring often until chicken is cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat. Heat the tortillas for about 20 seconds in the microwave. Take each wrap and put some of the lettuce down the center, then a couple of tomatoes on top and then 1/4 of the chicken strips. Roll up and repeat with remaining ingredients.
