Grilled Corn on the Cob
Grilled Corn on the Cob
Fresh corn (as many ears of corn as your family likes)
salt and pepper
melted butter (about 1 T. per 2 ears of corn)
tinfoil
Pull back the husk on the corn and remove as much of the silk as you can. Sprinkle the ear of corn with some salt and pepper then drizzle with some of the melted butter. Cover the husk back over the corn and wrap tightly in tinfoil. Repeat with remaining corn. Fire up the grill with some hot coals. Place the corn on the grill, cover and cook (rotating every 10 minutes) for 30-35 minutes. Remove from the grill, and carefully remove the corn from the tinfoil. Use a pot holder to help remove the husk and free the corn. Slather with a bit more butter and enjoy.
