5 MINUTE NO BAKE CHEESECAKE
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 (250g) tub of cool whip
1/3 cup lemon or lime juice
1 8 ounce (250g) package of cream cheese.
leave the cream cheese out for a couple hours at room temperature to soften.
The cream cheese will become soft and smooth.
Make sure you create a smooth texture.
You will create horrible lumps of cream cheese that will ruin the flavor of this pie if you did't create a smooth texture.
After that, your cream cheese sould spread easily with a plastic spatula.
Mix all before mentioned ingredients, in a mixing bowl.
Make sure the lemon or lime juice comes last.
The reaction of the citrus juice will immediately harden your mixture.
Blend well on low speed with a hand mixer. Please make sure all ingredients are incorporated, about 2 mins.
Once all ingredients are incorporated, pour mixture into a waiting graham crust or for those of us that can’t have the gluten, I opt for muffin cups.
refrigerate for 1 to 1/2 hrs
