Garbage Salad

Garbage Salad 3 cups Iceberg lettuce, chopped 3 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped 4 slices of provolone cheese, cut into strips, 4 slices of hard salami, cut into strips 1 cup of croutons ½ cup artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped ¼ cup of red onion, cut into thin slices, ⅓ cup of black olives, ⅓ cup peperoncini Italian dressing or vinaigrette, Gently mix together ingredients and drizzle dressing over salad. Toss until salad is evenly coated.
