ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS
Serves 6
2 lbs brussel sprouts, washed and trimmed
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large bowl combine trimmed brussel sprouts, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder
Toss gently to coat the sprouts
Lay sprouts in a single layer onto the prepared pan
Bake for 30-35 minutes, tossing once or twice, or until sprouts begin to brown and are tender
Serve immediately
