Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes 2 pounds ground turkey or ground beef I used turkey 1 onion chopped 1 green pepper chopped if you have an red bell peppers then use some of that too! 1/2 cup A1 Sauce 1 1/2 cups beef stock just water is fine too, if you don’t have any stock salt garlic, and pepper to taste sliced cheese I prefer Provolone or Swiss for this Brown turkey or beef in a pot. Once browned add in the peppers and onions. Cook on medium heat until they are cooked through. Mix in the rest of the ingredients (you can also ad in an extra small can of tomato sauce for a slightly different flavor). Bring to a bubble and then cover and let simmer for a good 10 minutes. Spoon onto any kind of bun. Top with the cheese and Enjoy! Crockpot directions: You can also make this in the crockpot. Just combine everything in the pot and let cook on low all day. Freezer Directions: Remember that this is a double recipe. Place the half the mixture into a freezer bag. Label and place in the freezer. Then to use, just run hot water of the bag to loosen it. Dump the frozen mixture into a pot on the stove. Cook on low/med heat until it is heated through. That is one EASY dinner!
