RITZ CRACKER CHICKEN
RITZ CRACKER CHICKEN
4 chicken breasts (boneless)
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
¼ cup of stick butter
First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil.
Take your boneless skinless chicken breasts and fillet them. This makes them slightly thinner so they cook faster and you get more flavor per bite.
Crush your Ritz crackers.
Dip the chicken in water and then coat with the crackers.
Place on the cookie sheet. Do this to all the chicken breasts.
Chop up the butter and place pieces on top of each chicken.
Bake for 25-35 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
