Cowboy Crockpot Pork Chops
Cowboy Crockpot Pork Chops
4 Large Raw Potatoes (Peel and Cut in 1/2" chunks)
4 to 6 Boneless Pork Chops (I didn't have boneless )
1 Large can Wolf Brand Chili (you could probably substituent a can of tomato sauce for a slightly different flavor)
1 Large can Mushroom Soup
1 cup water
Mix chili and soup and 1 cup water together in a bowl.
Layer starting with the potatoes, then spoon on half chili mixture on top of potatoes, then pork chops, then top with the rest of the chili. If you choose to you can add 1/2 cup each of onions and celery between the layers.
Turn crockpot on low for 6 hours.
Note: This can be done with hamburger also in place of the porkchops (2lb-browned and drained)
Recipe Notes
Try this recipe substituting hamburger (2lb-browned and drained) for the pork chops. Another delicious and quick dinner option!
