Warm Pineapple Sauce
Warm Pineapple Sauce
20 oz crushed pineapple in juice (1 can)
1 cup brown sugar
1 T mustard
2 T lemon juice
1 T cornstarch
1/4 tsp sea salt
Whisk pineapple, brown sugar, mustard, lemon juice, cornstarch, and sea salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring occasionally, 2 to 3 minutes until thickened. Serve warm.
