Pork Chop Creole Style
4 pork chops
Flour
1 tbsp fat
1 can tomatoes
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1 1/4 tsp salt
Dash cayenne
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 8 oz package elbow noodles, cooked
Coat chops with flour; brown, over medium heat, in fat. Add remaining ingredients except noodles. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Serve with noodles to with sauce from pan.
