No-Bake Mock Strawberry Cheesecake 2 lbs strawberries, cleaned and sliced 2 sleeves graham crackers 1-8oz package cream cheese, room temperature 1-14oz sweeten condensed milk 2-3.4oz packages instant cheesecake pudding mix 3 cups milk 1-12 oz Cool Whip, divided Line bottom of 13x9" pan with graham crackers; set aside. Combine cream cheese and sweet milk in a bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Add pudding mix and milk; beat, low, for 4-5 minutes until mixture thickens. Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip until smooth. Now we are ready to layer. Pour half the cheese mixture over graham crackers; cover with 1/2 the strawberries. Repeat layer and place in refrigerator. Top with remaining Cool Whip right before serving.
