Peanut Butter Ball Fudge
Peanut Butter Layer:
1 cup butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar
Chocolate Layer:
7 ounces sweetened condensed milk
2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS for the microwave:
Peanut Butter Layer - Combine peanut butter, butter and vanilla in a glass bowl; melt in the microwave for 90 seconds. Stir to combine until smooth and creamy. Slowly add powdered sugar, a cup at a time; mix thoroughly. Grease an 10- 12" pan with butter or line with parchment. Transfer peanut butter mixture to pan and press flat.
Chocolate Layer - Combine milk, chocolate and butter in a medium size glass bowl; heat in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir; heat another 15 seconds. Stir until smooth. Pour over peanut butter.
Let cool on counter for at least 4 hours before cutting, or chill in refrigerator. Slice into bite size servings and store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to a week.
