Butterfingers Peanut Butter Muffins
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup milk buttermilk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cups butterfingers pieces
1/2 cup peanut butter morsels
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray 12 cup muffin tray with non-stick cooking spray or line with papers. In a large bowl, toss together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt butterfingers and morsels; set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla. Slowly add dry ingredients. Gently fold together until JUST combined. Divide batter into 12 muffin cups; bake for 5 minutes. Reduce oven heat to 375°F; bake another 13-15 minutes. Let cool for about 5-10 minutes and enjoy warm
