Ground Beef Pie with Biscuits
2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion
4 medium potatoes, sliced
4 carrots, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cups brown gravy
2 cans biscuits
Brown ground beef and onion in large heavy skillet. Cook potatoes and carrots in a small amount of water until tender; drain. Combine ground beef mixture and vegetables in casserole dish; season. Pour brown gravy over mixture. Top with canned biscuits. Bake according to can biscuit directions.
