Country Fried Pork Chops
6-8 boneless pork chops
4 eggs
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
Oil for frying – about 1 to 2 cups
In a large skillet with a lid, heat oil over medium high heat. In a medium bowl, mix eggs and Worcestershire sauce. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper. Dip pork chops in egg wash; then coat both sides in flour mixture. Carefully place in hot oil; cook for 3-5 minutes, until edges beginning to brown. Flip; cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. Remove; drain on paper towels or paper bags.
