Stuffing Coated Pork Chops
6 boneless pork chops
Cajun seasoning
1/2 cup flour
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 box stuffing, any flavor
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Preheat oven to 425°. Lightly season pork chops. Put flour in a pie dish; season. Whisk together egg and milk in a bowl. Pour stuffing mix into another pie dish. Coat each pork chop in flour, dip in egg mixture, and press both sides into stuffing mix. Pour melted butter into a 9x13" baking pan; add pork chops. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Flip pork chops over; continue baking 10 to 12 minutes. Serve covered in gravy if desired.
Gravy
1 stick butter
1 small onion, chopped
4 tablespoons flour
2 cup broth, any flavor
2 tablespoon milk
In a large sauce pan, melt butter. Cook onion until lightly browned. Whisk in flour; cook, over medium heat, for 2-3 minute. Whisk in broth until smooth; cook uncovered until thickened. Whisk in milk; season to taste.
