FRUITY PEBBLES MUFFINS
1 c. sugar
2 large eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/2 stick (4 Tbsp.) butter
1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
6 oz. white chocolate
1 1/2 c. Fruity Pebbles Cereal
Beat sugar and eggs in a large mixing bowl until creamy.
Combine flour and baking soda; add to sugar mixture alternately with milk.
Add melted butter and vanilla and beat thoroughly.
Line muffin tins with cupcake liners.
Fill cups about ⅔ full and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until light golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack.
Dip cooled muffin tops into white chocolate to coat.
Dip into Fruity Pebbles to coat.
