5 Minute Creamy Corn Dip
5 Minute Creamy Corn Dip
2 cans (15 oz.) mexicorn, drained
2 cans (10 oz.) Rotel, drained
1 1/2 c. Greek yogurt
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (any kind works great, we use cheddar)
1 (1 oz.) pkg. Ranch dressing mix
1 bunch green onions, chopped
salt & pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
