Peanut Crisps
1 cup butter
1-1/2 cups brown sugar packed
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups dry roasted salted peanuts
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla thoroughly. Blend in flour, baking soda and salt then mix in peanuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls of dough about 2" apart on a lightly greased baking sheet. Flatten with bottom
of a greased glass dipped in sugar then bake 10 minutes.
