Easy Cheesy Crock Pot Bean Dip
2 cans (16 ounces each) refried beans
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
1 can (4 ounces) sliced green chilies, drained
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Combine all ingredients except cheddar cheese in a crock pot or slow
cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Stir in
cheddar cheese and heat just until melted.
Note: This super cheesy (and quick and easy!) vegetarian bean dip
recipe can be prepared in just a few minutes and kept warm in the crockpot
when served. Vegetarian bean dip is a great appetizer choice for a
vegetarian Superbowl party or movie night. This is an easy bean dip that
both vegetarians and non-vegetarians will love.
