NO-BAKE BARS W/ TRAIL MIX
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
2 cups chopped nuts
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 cup raisins
1 tbs cinnamon
1 cup almond butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
In bowl, combine nuts, coconut, raisins, and cinnamon. Set aside. In bowl, combine almond butter and sugar, microwave 1 1/2 min. or until warm. Stir in oil. Add to nut mixture, stir. Press into lined 9" square pan. Chill until firm. Cut into 8 bars. SERVE
