Cajun Corn
Cajun Corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. diced tomatoes
3⁄4 c. chopped green bell pepper
2 tsp. cajun seasoning (not Cajun salt mix)
1 Tbsp. butter
Preheat grill to med.- high or Preheat oven to 450°F.
Place vegetables on foil (1 18x24 inch sheet aluminum foil), sprinkle w/ seasoning, mix & top w/ butter.
Double fold top & edges to form a packet.
Cook on a covered grill 12-14 mins. or place on a cookie sheet & bake 20-25 mins.
