MEXICAN BARRA DE QUESO
2 cups shredded Jack cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 small can chopped chilies
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Place ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Refrigerate for at least two hours for flavors to meld. Microwave before serving. Don’t forget the Margaritas and tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups
