DROP CHEESE BISCUITS
DROP CHEESE BISCUITS 2/3 cup whole wheat flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 Tablespoons grated cheddar cheese 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature 1/3 cup almond milk Makes 4 biscuits (Recipe can easily be doubled!) Mix dry ingredients together then toss in cheese to coat. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in milk. Mix enough to wet the dry ingredients. Drop dough from a tablespoon onto greased sheet. Bake at 450F until lightly browned.
